E-type now aiming for the American charts!
October 8th, 2002 - by NetRoam
E-type's musicstyle, which is euro-techno, is - according to Swedish newspaper Expressen - not the way to go in order to conquer the American charts. In order for this "mission" to succeed E-type has together with Ben Olander (Swedish composer and songwriter) started to write and compose songs with another sound specially made for the American market. So instead of euro-techno they are aiming to succeed with countrydisco songs.
E-type and Ben Olander - who helps E-type write the songs - have already finished two songs called "Call me" and "Madly unkind". The lyrics are written so it fits with the American way of life with a lot of emotions such as unfaithfullness and love.
There will be an album coming out, but when it's due to be released is not set yet, but it will be sometime next year. Ben Olander is very confident about this project. He's sure that it will be a complete success on the other side of the Atlantic. Good luck to E-type!
