Seeing as how we have about 650 Community members in our database, it's important for us to let you all know that it's necessary to have an updated e-mail address in your profile. It is also important that the e-mail address you use isn't closed, expired or out of server space in case we decide to send out information to all Community members in the shape of a newsletter. Today we did send out a newsletter to all the members who has chosen to receive one, and out of the 558 members in our database we sent a newsletter to, over 1/4 of them (160 e-mails) were undeliverable due to the reasons stated above.

We encourage you all to please update your Community profiles, so you in the future still will be able to receive our newsletters.

This issue can be discussed in the message board should it be necessary.
