It's now official! E-type will be performing at the Melodifestivalen 2008 - The Swedish national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest. He will participate with the song called "Line Of Fire" with the Swedish heavy rock band The Poodles. Fans of E-type who saw one of his shows on the 2003 Euro Metal Tour will recognize Pontus Norgren who's a member of The Poodles.

The song will be in the first semifinal which takes place in Gothenburg on February 9th, 2008.
