What do you think
About the size
Of Swedish mice?
Is it thin or thick?
Is it small or big?
And is it nice? |

Hi!
Erika, yesterday Phoenix said me, that clay pigeon is glinjanij golub (in Russian), but... I can't imagine, that it "lives" in wood, like Chrissan said :(
I have pneumo-gun and often shoot beer bottles with it, but I never go to wood for it :)
If clay pigeon is anything like beer bottle, I don't understand
sorry for my nick

Erika,
pigeons are one subspecies of doves, you are right about that.
And clay-pigeons are little plates made of clay that are used as targets in shooting. (I am not sure, but I think I've read somewhere that they may have a picture of a pigeon on them, hence the name)
I am sure there is someone who can explain it more specifically in case you still have questions about it :)

Ok, I should be one of those "someone". Since I'm shooting clay-pigeons I should know how they look.
Think an ash-tray, turn it upside down, paint it in some bright orange color and there you have an clay-pigeon.
Here, check this page: http://www.trolleholm.com/ View the picture in the middle. You can see a weapon, some papers and green and orange/red clay-pigons. There you have them! It's in all kinds of colors and sizes. Normally it's the orange/red color and the size of the green onces.
Well, then we ended the clay-pigon discution ;)

Hello All!
Here in Canada we have tons of moose. Mostly in the Northern regions of Ontario, because the southern region around Toronto is heavily populated. I've never heard of Clay pigion shooting before, which is odd becasue my parents were both born in England. |

Hi.
That's really strange if you don't know about it. England was one of the first countries with clay-pigeon-shootings in the whole world. Now they've been "up" with the part "Sporting" (as me, my father and are competing in) about 28-30 years!!
Well, it's nice to see out in the woods. He's doing real well out there. Let's hope is out of work soon so I can get a chance to meet him again =)
Regards,
