Hello everyone!!
Just wanted to tell you a little thing...
all of you who have followed the World Cup, you know that Turkey became 3rd.
Yesterday there was a huge party everywhere in Turkey (unfortunately I saw it only on TV - was too ill to go out to the crowd) and I was watching people all around the country..
for example - 30000ppl on Taksim in Istanbul and about 15000ppl in the Center of Ankara (where I live - that is) all dressed in red and white and really celebrating Turkey's success (this was the first time Turkey was in the cup!!)
and they were singing...
singing..
CAMPIONE.
yes - THOUSANDS of Turks had gathered up and were singing an  -song!!
quite impressive, right?? as far as I know, there has been no releases in Turkey...
campiiooooneee campioooneee ooo-ooooo-ooooo-ooooooooooooooo!!!!

Glad to see you as usual and especially because you have some good news! But are you sure that it was 's song? Well, if it really was... In fact, I did remembered your words from the previous thread and I was glad in my mind everytime when Turkey won... He-he! Happy to know there was a sort of happy end for us! ;)

haha, I wasn't expecting the Turks to sing anything non-turkish..
usually they have been singing (and what was the other song I heard there) the Turkey's anthem for World Championships of basketball. a nice song, I have to say.
and Rainbow.. nice to see you here too :) and yes, I think I know Campione when I hear it, thank you for asking :)
