I've been listening to Africa on Euro 4 Ever and it is much different than the version I've had on a burned cd for a long time.
I was just wondering which version does everyone like better the album version or the remixed one (I assume it is the same one he re-released a while back). I like the remixed one much better. His vocals and the beat are stronger and I love the african vocals (or wharever they are), it ends better as well.

I don't like one version special more then the other!
But the most people I heard here in the Netherlands ...
MOst love the ALBUM edit more then the RADIO edit!
The RADIO EDIT sounds quite childish (as the reactions of people were) ...
I love them both :D

Okay, maybe I'm nobody to tell what I think on that matter, but I will, cause I just have to, I'm itching to respond.
Don't know what's wrong with you ATL, it just seems that you always have to say something opposite from what others think; I don't say that it's bad though.(it's good to have your own opinion) However, what's annoying in your messages is that you usually add something negative to your remarks and try to put ppl down. Maybe now it's a very tiny remark, but still.... by saying childish, do you mean that all who wrote that they like the Radio Edit are children and don't understand anything in music? Cause that's how I understand it. If that is so, I have no words for you, just expressions...
And did you really have to write in Capital letters? Is it to show that you are the one who knows? You know, I'm sick of it already...
Maybe I burst over the minor thing, but I'm moody today, and it just boiled over. You know that at first I tried to understand you and never criticized you, but reading the last message I realized that you are getting on my nerves. You're just lucky that I respect NetRoam and Co., otherwise I'd tell you what I think.
PS: by the way, the Radio Version is recorded in a more modern style, and cannot sound childish at all , you know. Do you go to clubs? Do you know what's modern now, really? I hate when ppl show off. Beeeeeeee. |

Hard to believe it was you who wrote it all! No, you aren’t nobody for sure, but I just don’t get what besides your mood was wrong this time. I intend to draw your attention to some points, though I’m convinced you would notice it yourself. *sigh*
Isn’t it quite obvious that Arjen didn’t mean to call anyone childish, especially taking into account that he just informed us about public opinion and as for his OWN he expressed it by saying that he loves BOTH songs equally and smiling happily? And I don’t really see in this particular case any attempt to put anyone down or to show off, so it’s really surprising why this very message aroused in you such fury whereas Arjen’s previous messages didn’t. But most of all I’m puzzled by your remark about capital letters ‘cause the message wasn’t actually written in capital letters, and spelling certain words in this way is just the way to stress them, since we can’t do that with the help of intonation when we write, isn’t it?
Olga, I know you too well to be sure that you aren’t the one who just repeats after folks and aren’t the one who wouldn’t listen to me at all, that’s why I wrote it. *frowns*

Did I gave MY OPPINION about AFRICA radio edit?
No I said what the reaction was from other people!
So don't yell at me !!!
I am just saying what other people are saying!
And believe me ... I go out every weekend ...
And I know what is hot and what not ...
And believe me ...
E-Type doesn't make a change here in the Netherlands
and the same for ACE OF BASE ...
But I keep on fighting for my favourites!!!
And  is my #1 artist ...
ACE OF BASE my #1 band ...
(even though they (AOB) can sing very bad when they try to sing live :S)
And what is wrong when I give another oppinion!
Be happy that there are people like me!
Stupid people always follow other peepz their
oppinions ...
I've got an own oppinion ... and am very happy ...
cause I allready have reached a lot with it!!!

I think Radio Version is better, but I just LOVE them both! the version he plays on gigs is maybe the best, where he mixtures the both versions :) |
