Well, I don't know if there was a topic about his 2000 "Prescription" album here yet, but I listened to a few tunes from it and I liked it (especially a song called "Looking For Something"). It's a pretty nice Pop album. it's like Backstreet Boys meet Reggae Ha Ha Ha.
The album was never released here in US :-( |

Yeah, Look Who's Talking album from like '95.
I could listen to "Let the Beat Go On" forever.
Very Recently, Alban did a song with a Danish Dj Aligator Project. Song was called "I Like to Move It", but I haven't heard it. Dj Aligator also did a remix of Me & My's "Fly High" :-)
Speaking about Dj Aligator. I heard some songs from his PAYBACK album, and some of them are pretty "Dirty": Whislte Song, Doggy Style, Lollipop He He He. But they are Catchy Techno. But there is a Very Beautiful Vocal song called "Temple of India". I love it, it's got some eastern influences. I haven't heard all the tunes from that CD, but I heard "Calling Out Your Name" is also Good.
There is a new Dj Aligator album out now called "Sounds of Scandinavia" (that's the one with Dr Alban).

Yeah, he has actually released 3 singles here in Denmark (he is a Danish artist you know). The first single from that album is called "Stomp (the march song)" which was pretty popular. The second single was "Mosquito" - don't quite remember how well that went - and the third single is called "Dreams" which features Christina Undhjem - Norwegian singer, who was a part of the band You-Know-Who once and who's now a member of a Danish girl-band called Shalimar ... "Dreams" is really great song - it sounds more than a regular dance-song than the typical DJ Aligator sound though it still has some elements, so you wouldn't doubt that it's DJ Aligator :) |

Netroam, I guess he's remixed and rereleased it, cause the video's fairly high in the MTV chart... |
