I recently purchased two incredible albums by a Danish band called Laban..... "Caught by Surprise" from around 1986 and "Roulette" from around 1987, both are practiacally unknown here in the States :( Before I only heard their hit "Love in Siberia" on some Italo compilation. Awesome Melodic 80's AOR/Italodisco..... kind of early Roxette or ABBA... and combination of Rock and disco does remind me of Explorer .... so do some Russian references :) Anyone else like them...I know they released Danish language stuff as well, but I never heard it. The originals are Rare on CD (were also released in Japan), but I got mine from cdrecollect.com.... Russian re-releases/bootlegs. Anyway, it's marvelous music from Denmark :)
