I can honestly say that driving for eight hours with my dad with absolutely no radio pickup for a concert....WAS DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!. My dad and I had never been in Canada before and we were having a grand old time trying to find our way around.... At about 7:45 my dad and I left our hotel that we were staying at to go find " The Docks ", the arena where the Euro Freestyle Invasion II was being held. I was sure that I wasnt going to get to see E-Type or even get TO the arena....The reason being that we got lost with our directions and accidentally got on the freeway or expressway OUT of Canada.... We got back on track though, and besides being late and having to freeze a bit we got in just fine.... The show started out with a pre-party to all of the bands. My dad and I had gotten in ahead of a lot of people so we were able to get front row standing places....Right next to the speakers also :) Soon the music started and all of the bands before E-Type came out and they were pretty good.... One of the guys ( The one from Z 103.5? ) saw my sign and asked me " What have you got there?" and I held it up and he shouts " Weve got an E-Type fan over here!!". That was totally awesome!!. At about 12:30 one of the MC's started telling a story about how a guy came to him and told him " This song is going to be big....You have got to play it!!". And then he asks us " How many of you know ' IVE GOT LIFE!!" and then all of a sudden fireworks blasted and I started screaming and crying even though I wasnt even focusing on the stage. I yelled to my dad " WHERE IS HE AT??" and my dad yells back " RIGHT THERE!!" and sure enough there was E-Type in the flesh standing a mere 4 feet away from me!!. I screamed as loud as I could ( and paid dearly for it :) ) and this guy beside me asked me " Is that that E-Type guy that your sign says about ?" and I said " Yes!!" and he goes " He is never going to see your sign. Youre WAY too short!!" so he takes hold of my sign and waves it up high over his head and accidentally takes me with him....Seriously I was literally HANGING off of his arm!!. He gives me back my sign and I watch in amazement of actually seeing E-Type perform. I searched around and found Johan rocking away on his guitar and waved like a maniac but he didnt see me.... :( Dee was dancing very well that night also.... As soon as the song ended E-Type says " Hello Toronto!!. You know what? This is the first time that we have been ooutsideo f the homebase, Sweden. I love Toronto andI hope that we can come back sometime. Next time we come back I hope that we can have the full band next time. Right now we only have some of the band members. I love you Toronto!!. Now I am going to do a song called " Here I Go Again". If you know the words sing along. If you dont just dance. HERE WE GO!!". The song starts out with Dee singing and then E-Type jumps up on the stage as the song starts. He comes down offf of the stage and stands right infront of me and reads my poster which says " I re-named E-Type's band" he flips it over and reads the back which says " I love E-Type and Nana" and his eyes almost popped out of his head!!. He looked at me and grinned and ran up on the stage with my sign and danced around and was headbanging with my sign!!. I swear that I almost passed out!!. After a few moments he came back down and handed me my sign and asked me " Do you want to sing?". I lied my head down on the rail and cried and said " No" and he asked " Are you sure" and I said " Wait Ill sing!!". So I sang the first chorus of Here I Go Again!!!!!. He then smiles at me and goes back on stage. After he finished performing that song he says " Bye Canada!!" and leaves the stage. But he came back out and says " I am now going to sing Angels Crying". He ran around on stage and did everything from laying on the drum stand to head banging with Johan. I waved at Dee but wasnt seen....But thats ok. E-Type played a drum solo and talk about hair and hands flying everywhere....IT WAS SO AWESOME!!!!. I didnt expect his hair to be so long in person.... But still it was so very cool!!!!. The only thing that would have been cool was if Nana was there....But thats ok because I already knew that she wouldnt be there.... I had such an awesome time and I can honestly say that it was the best time of my life....Hehe. To this day my dad still says that his hearing is muted but I know that he had fun....
